If AwareManager does not start, please click the arrow below.
This is a standard Java prompt that notifies you about applications running Java. In this case, it is notifying you about the app signed by AwareManager. You should check off the option to always trust apps from this publisher, and then press “Yes” to proceed. You should not get this prompt after that.
AwareManager JXT is always intended to work with the latest version of Java; you will be explicitly notified by your client manager if this is ever not the case. To make sure you have the correct version of Java installed, please go to the official Java website and click on the “Do I have Java?” link to proceed. If you are unable to download or update Java on your computer, please contact your organization’s IT department to assist.
The first thing to check is that you have the correct version of Java running; please see the above item for more details.
If you have Java installed, it may be that the Java plugin is not currently enabled in the browser you are using. This can be enabled via the browser settings, which differs between browsers and browser versions. It is recommended you contact your IT for assistance in enabling Java in the browser of your choosing.
Another option if the program is not loading correctly is clear out your browser cache. You should first close out of all instances of the program and then open a new browser to access its settings. Again, as the method of clearing out the cache differs between browsers, it is recommended that you contact your IT for assistance.
If your AwareManager was recently upgraded, your local should automatically upgrade the next time you click on the icon on your desktop. If this is not the case, please click on the Perform Local Installation link from the launch page and accept all prompts to update it.
For any other questions, please contact your AwareManager Client Manager.
